Putting a finger on the problem is an important step toward solving it.

Yes, connections can be meaningful even in the digital office. We just have to be intentional.
Stay put and let life unfold or bushwhack your way through an overgrown trail.

Abstinence is not the answer, it only buys time.
We say ‘no’ to bias, but what are we saying ‘yes’ to?
The antonyms for bias are disinterest, impartiality, open-mindedness, justice, equity, tolerance, and acceptance.
Which one allows us to perform service that we’re proud of? Which one allows both us and our customers to move forward together?
The end of a melody is not its goal; the melody itself, fully expressed, is the goal.
A vibrant yet intimate melody is always being expressed, we’re just tone-deaf.
Each person is a melody. Listen to them. They’re vibrant yet intimate because they’re part of what’s vibrant yet intimate.
Seek out the melody. Where did you hear it? How did it make you feel? How can this experience be recreated?
Mission determines direction and speed.
Are next year’s strategies founded on mission or something else?
If the trajectory is off by inches at launch, you can be off by miles in orbit.
