Making it a priority is an effective way to take back control and make sure it happens.
Otherwise, you’re leaving it up to chance.
Disruption is initiated by just one or two people.
The most recent example is the work of 2 pharmacists whose work pushed the FDA to examine phenylephrine’s effectiveness.
Pharmacists have long known of the ineffectiveness of phenylephrine as a decongestant. Yet, the drug has generated billions of dollars annually in sales. This is changing thanks to the intentional and persistent work of these 2 pharmacists. So long, phenylephrine!
What needs to be done in your corner of the health care universe? Why do you believe it’s worth changing despite all odds?
We are all capable of clearing the skies. All of us. The hardest part is simply getting out of bed.
Who would care to use something complex when the simpler option is sitting right next to it?
Simplicity means revenue.
That’s the whole point of market access. If it’s simple access for them, it’s market access for us.
